Asan Memorial Association Close associates of Basheer, writers, filmmakers, and intellectuals, such as M.A. Rahman, R.E. Asher, Rajendra Babu, Sukumar Azhikode, M.M. Basheer, M.T. Vasudevan Nair, M.N. Karassery, Namboodiri, Sashi Kumar, and others, have been invited for an interaction about Basheer’s writings and translations of them, as well as to share personal anecdotes about Basheer. We will also screen the award winning documentary film on Basheer, ‘Basheer the Man’, directed by M.A. Rahman. |
